Yes! There are two way to do this. 

Before you even start creating your questions, you can set a default score. From the Activity Editor, choose "Settings" then "Set Default Score" and choose the score you want each question to be worth. 

If you've already added questions to the activity and you want to update all of the scores, choose "Settings" again, then "Update All Scores" and choose the new point value you want assigned to each question. This window will appear:

If you're happy with these changes, choose "Change Scores" and all objected will automatically be updated. Any objects you add after this update will not be worth this same point value unless it is the default score. You will need to change their score manually or set a default score for the whole activity.
