Viewing and Editing Assignments on the Assignmen Detail Screen

Assignment Detail Screen

After assigning work to your students you are able to edit your assignment easily on the Assignment Detail Screen. This is also where you can go to access your student submissions. 

How to access the Assignment Detail Screen:

  • After assigning the worksheet you will be able to view student submissions on this screen.
  • You may also access the Assignment Detail Screen by: 
    • Clicking on the Worksheet you assigned on the "Activities" screen, then selecting the assignment on the Activity Detail screen.


Assignment Detail Screen Overview:

On the left hand side of the screen will be your Assignment details.

Here you will be able to:

  • Preview your assignment by clicking the eye icon

  • Edit the activity by clicking on the pencil icon

  • By clicking on the 3-dot menu you can:
    • Edit Assignment

    • Lock Assignment

    • Rescore Assignment

    • Edit Student Names 

    • Print Activity 

    • Print Answer Key 

    • Archive Assignment 

  • Lock Assignment by clicking on "Lock Assignment"
  • Edit the Assignment Name by clicking the "Edit" button.

  • Share the assignment by:

    • Copying the link 

    • Sharing to Google Classroom (this option will not support syncing the scores. If you want to sync scores you must create an assignment with Google Classroom delivery method)

    • Sharing to Microsoft Teams (use this option to share the assignment link through Microsoft Teams)


 Note: If assigning your worksheet on Google Classroom, you will have the option to ‘Go to Google Classroom’ or ‘Sync Scores’


 

In the middle you will see student submissions.

  • By clicking on the 3-dot menu on the top toolbar you can:
    • Review All (by scrolling through student work)

    • Item Analysis 

    • Reopen/Reset Selected

      • Reopen - this will allow the student to resume work using all of their previous answers. You can choose to show missing and incorrect answers. 

      • Reset - this will clear all the students previous answers and they will have to start again.

    • Set Selected as Completed 

    • Return Selected

    • Undo Return Selected 

    • Export Scores to CSV

    • Print Selected

  • Below the toolbar you will see student submissions
    • If the student is active on the assignment the circle next to their name will turn green. 

    • It will show the status of the activity, score, and submission date. 

    • When clicking upon the 3 dot menu inline with the student name you have the ability to:

      • Review submission 

      • Reopen/Reset 

      • Set as Completed

      • Undo Return 

      • Print Submission 

      • Delete Submission 

There is so much you can do on this screen, the options are endless!
