Overview of the Activity Detail Screen

The Activity Detail Screen

After assigning an interactivity you will be brought to the Activity Detail screen. Here you can see multiple assignments, quickly edit the content, and create new assignments. 

Ways to access the Activity Detail Screen:

  • After assigning the interactivity you will be brought to the "Activity Detail" screen. 
  • On the "Activities" page click on your assignment. The "Activity Detail" screen will appear. 

Quick Overview: 


Activity Detail Screen Overview:  

On the left hand side of the screen will be your Activity details. 


  • By clicking on the 3 dot menu you can: 
    • Make a Copy  
    • Share the activity 
    • Print 
    • Print Answer Key 
    • Donate to Sharing Library 
    • Delete Activity




  • By clicking the "Preview" button, it allows you to preview the activity in the "eyes" of the student and you may access button and tools available for them to use. 




  • The "Edit Content" button allows you to make limited changes to your activity since it is already assigned to your students. Here you can: 
    • Move or resize and item. 
    • Change the point value for any item. This included changing an item to "Do Not Score."
    • Change the correct answer for item types such as Multiple Choice, Dropdown, and Checkbox.
    •  Change, add, or remove correct answers for item types such as Short Answer, Number, and Fraction. 
    • Change the correct linking for Matching items. 
    • Add or remove Buttons in groups. 
    • Change drag and drop elements. 
    • Add non scorable elements: Audio, Color Block, Image, Video, Link, Teacher Text.
      When making changes to the scoring or answers in the activity: 
    • All existing student submissions will be rescored. 
    • All new submissions will be scored based of these changes. 
    • You will have the option to update changed scores on others systems (Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology). 
  • "Edit" next to name allows you to rename the assignment 
  • "Edit" next to description allows you to add a description of the assignment. *This will be helpful when assigning multiple activities to classes. 


 

In the middle you will see the created assignments. 


  • Active: assignments that are currently given 
  • Archived: past assignments 
  • New Assignment: create new assignment 
  • Archive: Record an old assignment 


Below the toolbar you will see your active assignments:

  • Click on "Select All Assignments" to archive multiple assignments at once
  • Click on the Assignment Name to view student submissions and access the "Assignment Detail Screen" 
  • Click on the "3 dot menu" to: 
    • Review All Submissions
    • Item Analysis 
    • Edit Assignment
      • This will bring up the "Edit Assignment" Screen with Sign-in method settings and General Settings
    • Lock Assignment
      • Students will no longer be able to complete the assignment
    • Export Scores to CSV (this is helpful for gradebook options)
    • Rescore Assignment 
      • This will recalculate scores for all submissions and sync scores with 3rd party services
    • Archive Assignment 

 Reminder: This screen allows you to edit the activity or access the assignment to make edits!
