How Can I Print My Student’s Submission?

How To Print A Single Student's Submission

To download or print your student’s work, open the assignment so that you are in the ‘Review Submission’ page. Then select "Print Submission" from the "Actions" menu at the top of the left panel. You're going to generate a PDF of your student's submission that can be downloaded and printed or stored as part of their records.

Choose whether you want to print in Portrait or Landscape mode, and select a page size.

Then select "Create PDF." After a brief wait while the system generates your formatted file, you'll see this:

Click the "Download your PDF here!" link and download your PDF. Now, you can view it, print it, store it in the student's folder... whatever you wish to do to capture a record of the student's work. PDFs generally print very well, but can be sensitive to font availability and size. If you're PDF doesn't format correctly, let us know at support@teachermade.com!

How to Print Multiple Student Submissions

You can download multiple submissions from the Assignment Detail screen (the screen where all the submissions are listed.)

  1. Check the submissions you wish to print or click the checkbox at the top to select them all.
  2. Click the 3-dot menu at the top of the submissions list
  3. Choose "Print Selected."

You will be prompted for page size as you were when printing a single submission.

At the end of the process, you'll download a ZIP file that contains a PDF for each student. Just click the download link and save the file to your computer.

ZIP is a common archive file format that most computers can handle, but if you need some guidance, just contact us at support@teachermade.com.
