There may be a few reasons why you're assignment didn't auto-grade (auto-score):

• Did you assign points to every question? You can see the assigned points in the Editor by clicking any question, and looking for this indicator on the Toolbar:

• Did you use auto-graded questions? All TeacherMade questions are auto-graded except Open Answers. Open Answers certainly are flexible, but if you want to take advantage of auto-scoring in TeacherMade, be sure to use the other question types.
• Did you set the answers for your Questions? Each question type has its own way of setting the answers. For instance, for a Multiple Choice question, you click on the bubble. But for Dropdown questions, you have to edit the item to enter your possible answers. If you see this indicator on the left-hand side of the Editor Toolbar, it means you have not set correct answers:
