Notifications cannot be deleted. If you'd like to keep your Notification counter at zero, just click "Notifications" in the Main Menu. Then check the checkbox next to the "Date" column header to select all your Notifications. Then click "Mark as Read." That will mark all your Notifications as Read, and hide the counter next to "Notifications" in the Main Menu.
