Yes, you can! Anytime you click on a single student's Submission to view their work, you enter the Submission Review screen. And even though you only clicked on one submission to start with, TeacherMade gives you an easy way to move from student to student. 

This tool bar lets you move between students easily:

Click either the right or left arrow to move to the next or previous student submission, or jump to a specific student by clicking the small arrow to the right of the student name, then selecting the student from the drop-down list.

You can't at the moment use this to give all the students the same grade, but it definitely makes navigating from student to student much easier!
