How Do I Renew or Cancel My TeacherMade PRO Subscription?

Your TeacherMade PRO subscription is set to renew automatically, and if you'd like to continue as a PRO (as you should!!) just make sure your payment method is up to date, and you will have continuous uninterrupted service. If you're an annual subscriber, our eCommerce system will send you a reminder that your renewal is coming in a few weeks. To update your credit card info, just follow the directions below to add a payment method to our eCommerce system.

To Cancel

If you wish to cancel your PRO subscription because, say, TeacherMade has made you so efficient that the Board of Education needs to hire you to help other Teachers, just follow the simple instructions below. Note that your cancellation does not take effect immediately, and you will continue to have access until the end of your subscription period. We do not offer mid-term pro-rated refunds.

Accessing the eCommerce System

  • Sign in to TeacherMade.
  • Click the Profile icon in the upper right of the app.
  • Choose "Edit Profile."
  • Under "Subscription Information," click "Manage your Subscription."
  • You will now be in our eCommerce system.
  • To Cancel, click the "Cancel Plan" button.
  • To add a payment method:
    • Click the "+ Add payment method" link.
    • Enter your information.
    • After the card information is accepted, click "Make default" to make the card the first payment method the system will try upon your renewal.
    • You may remove your old payment information if you desire.
  • Click "Return to TeacherMade" on the left side of the screen.
