My Account is Not Showing PRO as the Plan |
If you have been a TeacherMade PRO and sign in to find out that your plan is no longer showing "PRO" in the left column of the app, one of several things might have happened:
- If you paid for your own personal subscription, your credit card may have expired or otherwise been denied. TeacherMade will automatically renew on the anniversary of your subscription for the yearly plan or every 30 days for the monthly plan. After several attempts, the system will automatically turn off your subscription and you will see "Free" as the plan, instead of "PRO."
- Also for individual purchases, it's possible that you canceled the renewal at some time in the past.
- If you acquired your TeacherMade PRO status because your school or district bought a license, that license might have expired. Please see your administration to let them know how much you love TeacherMade.
And, as always, if you have questions about your account, contact us by emailing [email protected]!
