Once you’ve received our P.O., how does my school site access TeacherMade PRO?

How Teachers Get Onboarded

If there are more than 10 teachers in the license, we request that the school or district give us a list of them: first name, last name and email address. We import the list into our system, which will create accounts for any teachers that don't already have them, and find those that already do have accounts. New accounts get a temporary password, and everyone gets an email letting them know they've been enrolled in the subscription, including instructions on how to login for those new accounts.

If the license is fewer than 10 teachers, we usually request that the teachers create an account through the normal sign-up screen in TeacherMade. If they already have an account, they can continue to use that. Then your tech director, or other designated person, will receive an Enrollment Code from TeacherMade that is unique to your site.
They will share that with the teachers. Teachers will sign in to their accounts, click the Profile icon in the upper right of the screen, go to their profile and enter the Enrollment Code there, which will attach them to the subscription.

At that point, all the teachers are now PRO because they're associated with the subscription. All they need to do is visit https://www.teachermade.com, click the "Return to APP" link in the upper right and sign in!

Do students need accounts?

As pointed out by this article, students do not get accounts in TeacherMade, and there's no need to manage their logins at all.
