My Background is Not Displaying

If you're having trouble seeing a background that you've uploaded, check these troubleshooting steps:


  • Is the background obscured by other objects? If you've snipped from the background using the Snipping Tool, for instance, you might have completely obscured the background. The snipping tool automatically creates a "Color Block" object on top of whatever rectangle you had highlighted, and it's possible you've obscured the entire page.
  • Did your IT admin block access to any TeacherMade websites? TeacherMade background images are loaded from a different URL than the rest of the application, and might require a modification to your district's "Allow List" to be visible. Send this list to your IT department: What URLs should my school allow list to use TeacherMade?
