You can recover your deleted files without contacting tech support.

On the left of your “My Worksheets” page, you will see a table of contents. At the bottom of the table, you will see the trash option.

Click on “Trash” and you will be taken to a window with all of your deleted worksheets showing when they were created and when they were deleted. To the left of each worksheet name you will see a “Restore” button.

Once you click the restore button and confirm that you want to restore the file, you will see this confirmation message:

When you restore a worksheet, each assignment and student submission will be restored with it.
