I’m switching schools so my email address is going to change. Do I need to create a new TeacherMade account?

No! You will not need a new TeacherMade account when you switch schools if you're a self-funded user (aka Pro Individual). 


Here’s how you can avoid any problems:


1. Start by adding a personal email address to the account as your secondary address. To do so, click on the profile icon in the top right corner of your TeacherMade account and click on “ Update E-Mail.” On the screen that appears, enter in your personal e-mail and click, “Add E-Mail.”

ATTENTION:  It is important that you verify this email address by following the instructions in the email we send to you. 


Once you verify your secondary email address, you will now be able to log into the account using this email address and your current password.


2. When you lose access to your current school email, make your personal email the primary address and remove the old school email by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner of your TeacherMade account and click on “ Update E-Mail” and follow the instructions there. 


Once you have a new school email - add it to your account and make it the primary address. Then you will be all set!
